About the Speaker

Lynn is a former headhunter and technical recruiter, with over 10 years’ experience at a Baltimore-based staffing agency. She previously worked in Human Resources as a recruiter for two Fortune 500 companies.

Starting as a LinkedIn member in 2005, Lynn first engaged the platform as a staffing professional to source talent. Currently, she teaches job seekers how to develop strategic advantage by cultivating a powerful network, creating professional branding, and enhancing visibility with employers. Appreciating how overwhelming the job search can be, Lynn provides guidance, support & encouragement concerning all aspects of career transition to the military-connected community.

Lynn began presenting LinkedIn webinars in 2020 with a Baltimore non-profit. She currently works as an independent Military Career Transition Coach within the military-connected community & as a consultant, presenting workplace health and wellness webinars to large organizations.

Lynn Eskite-Tant holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, a Master of Social Work (both from the University of Maryland) and is licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland. In 2018, Lynn became certified as a Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC). She lives in Hampton Roads, VA with her husband, a retired Naval officer, and their dog, Bo.
