Dr. Vinod K. Jain, PhD., ACC Board Member Dr. Vinod Jain is an Executive, Career, and Life Coach with more than 30 years of experience in technology, engineering, and management consulting. As founder of Vinod Jain Coaching, he helps mid-career professionals strengthen leadership presence, navigate career transitions, and build personal resilience. A former senior consultant at MITRE Corporation, Vinod has experience guiding individuals and teams through growth, change, and professional development. Vinod holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, an ICF ACC coaching credential, and a Leadership and Organizational Well-Being Certification from George Mason University. He is also a TEDx speaker and dedicated mentor committed to empowering professionals in transition. |

Dr. Lisa O’Quinn is dedicated to helping individuals navigate career transitions and secure meaningful employment, she has guided thousands of professionals in developing targeted job search strategies, strengthening their career narratives, and confidently re-entering or repositioning themselves in the workforce. Lisa’s work centers on personalized coaching, resume and cover letter refinement, interview preparation, networking strategies, and aligning experience with evolving industry needs. Lisa holds an Ed.D. from The George Washington University, an MS from Syracuse University, and a BA from The Catholic University of America. |
