Meet Our Board of Directors

The 40Plus of Greater Washington board of directors has dedicated itself to ensuring the continuity and growth of this all-volunteer organization.

In addition to providing general oversight and advisory direction to the Operations Council, the board's strategic priorities include:

Ensuring the financial stability of the all volunteer organization through fund raising and program grant development.
Increasing the opportunities for 40Plus alumni for networking and professional development

Millree Williams

Chair of the Board

Millree Williams is a communications and marketing strategist, consultant, and coach. He is the Owner and Founder of Willekop Consulting and Coaching, LLC. 

Millree has a BA in English and Philosophy from Bowie State University, a graduate certificate in leadership development from the Harvard University School of Graduate Education, and a certificate in change leadership from Northwestern University. Millree is also certified by the Coach Training Alliance and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Chris Cordom

Treasurer

Christopher Cordom is a respected cloud industry leader with an established track record of creating and developing best-in-class, high-performing organizations.  He has spent more than 30 years with technology companies building sales organizations as well as creating partnerships and alliances.

Chris is a native Washingtonian, attended Syracuse University for his undergraduate degree and received an MBA from George Washington University.

Louise Arnheim

Board Member

Louise Arnheim is a public affairs and executive communications strategist with extensive experience shaping leadership messaging for federal agencies, nonprofits, and healthcare executives. A former chief speechwritershe has led multi-disciplinary teams to create high-impact messaging and achieve mission critical goals.

Louise holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and an AB in Political Science from Duke University.

Geoffrey Collins

Nominations and Board Recruitment

Geoffrey Collins is an executive manager and thought leader with expertise in helping organizations to achieve their goals in strategic partnerships, growth strategy, public education, and urban policy.

He is experienced in driving transformation in developing and implementing national and local initiatives for government, organized labor, and nonprofits.

Geoffrey has a BA from the College of Saint Rose, Albany, NY and an MA from Baruch College in New York City.

Dr. Vinod K. Jain, PhD., ACC 

Board Member

Dr. Vinod Jain is an Executive, Career, and Life Coach with more than 30 years of experience in technology, engineering, and management consulting. As founder of Vinod Jain Coaching, he helps mid-career professionals strengthen leadership presence, navigate career transitions, and build personal resilience.

A former senior consultant at MITRE Corporation, Vinod has experience guiding individuals and teams through growth, change, and professional development. 

Vinod holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, an ICF ACC coaching credential, and a Leadership and Organizational Well-Being Certification from George Mason University. He is also a TEDx speaker and dedicated mentor committed to empowering professionals in transition.

Laura Koepsell

Director, Speaker Engagement

Laura Koepsell is a trained and certified career counselor based in the Washington, DC area.

She specializes in supporting professionals looking for a change and utilizes positive psychology and custom curriculum to make the process empowerng and manageable.

Through building an extensive network with top companies, industries, and professionals she is able to connect her clients with the best to achieve their goals.



Lisa O'Quinn, Ed.D.

Board Member

Dr. Lisa O’Quinn is dedicated to helping individuals navigate career transitions and secure meaningful employment, she has guided thousands of professionals in developing targeted job search strategies, strengthening their career narratives, and confidently re-entering or repositioning themselves in the workforce.

Lisa’s work centers on personalized coaching, resume and cover letter refinement, interview preparation, networking strategies, and aligning experience with evolving industry needs. 

Lisa holds an Ed.D. from The George Washington University, an MS from Syracuse University, and a BA from The Catholic University of America.



Qaddafi Sabree

Director, Information Technology

Qaddafi Sabree has over 20 years of experience as an information professional, having spent most of that time at Howard University.

Before becoming a board member at 40Plus of Greater Washington, Qaddafi served on the board of the District of Columbia Library Association, where he was the systems director.

Qaddafi has a Bachelor of Science in English from Radford University, a Master of Fine Arts in Film from Howard University, and a Master of Information Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.


 

Frieda Wiley, PharmD

Strategic Partnerships

Frieda Wiley is a public speaker, strategist, communications consultant, and entrepreneur. A best-selling author, she is the owner and founder of Medvon Media and Consulting, LLC.

She founded Stories Unleashed Publishing, LLC. Her first book, recently retitled Breaking Crazy: Working from Home without Losing Your Marbles, became an Amazon bestseller in two categories during its October 2022 launch.

Dr. Wiley holds a doctorate of pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of the Incarnate Word, a BS in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin.
