“Your Strengths are Calling” is an interactive workshop that explores the keys to finding meaningful work, or callings.

During this workshop, Paula Castillo, an ICF & Gallup Strengths Certified Coach, will talk about how our strengths can be one of the key finding our callings, and create an interactive space where you can identify your own strengths and what that means for the next step in having a more aligned career - whether it is a career pivot or a small shift in your everyday tasks.

About the Speaker

Paula Castillo is a Harvard-educated former economist with over 15 years of experience consulting for Fortune-500 companies and international development banks. After facing severe burnout, she shifted her career focus to coaching, seeking a more fulfilling path.

 Now, as a coach and Restorative Yoga instructor (RYT-200), Paula is dedicated to helping her clients reconnect with themselves and discover a deeper sense of purpose in their lives and careers.

She holds accreditations from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Gallup and operates a private practice while also freelancing for Betterup. Additionally, she co-leads the ICF Capitol Hill Coaches Coffee.

Paula is bilingual in English and Spanish, having been born and raised in Colombia. She currently lives in Washington, DC, with her husband, daughter, and two cats.
