About the Speaker
Lisa O’Quinn has over 30 years of experience in career and academic advising. She served as an advisor and internship coordinator at Northern Virginia Community College and a Senior Manager of Recruitment Services at the University of Virginia, where she provided academic and career advising to returning adult students who wanted to advance in their career paths or enter a new career.
Lisa earned her Doctorate in Education from George Washington and a Masters in Higher Education from Syracuse University. She is currently exploring professional opportunities and is welcome to anyone who wants to link with her on LinkedIn. She lives in Burke, VA with her husband, Andy, and three cats -- Duncan, Frankie, and Riley.
