ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mike Bruni, a board member with 40 Plus of Greater Washington, has more than 24 years of experience in the talent acquisition, talent strategy, human resources, and sourcing functional areas supporting the national security industry. Since entering the field, he has taken on roles leading many initiatives, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Management, Sourcing, Capture Staffing, Direct Recruiting, and Veteran Outreach.
He is currently Vice President of Talent Acquisition Strategies, LLC, where he provides talent acquisition and recruiting consulting services. Bruni has successfully built and led staffing programs and is experienced in developing talent acquisition strategies tailored to each customer and skill set.
Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for RecruitDC, a nonprofit that supports the advancement of recruiting education and innovation. He also is the facilitator and leader for Project S.A.V.E. (Staffing Alliance of Virginia Employers), a networking organization for HR and recruiting professionals.
