ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Hanh Michael is a leadership coach and facilitator with a passion for helping individuals and teams gain the clarity they need to make the right move, purposefully, strategically, and authentically. She partners with leaders to strengthen their abilities through clarity of purpose, interpersonal effectiveness, team management, and conflict resolution. Her experience in working with professionals across a range of technical areas and in multi-cultural settings has honed her ability to discern issues quickly. She uses this ability to help clients get to the heart of matters more quickly and address issues more effectively.
Hanh worked for 20 years at the International Monetary Fund, where she last served as Human Resources Business Partner. She has extensive experience in organizational change and cross-cultural dynamics, having led teams across the spectrum of talent development and a number of award-winning, culture-shaping projects. Now in her own leadership coaching practice, her approach continues to reflect the unique combination of coaching competence and her training in linguistics, instructional design, human performance technology (HPT), and assessments/ evaluations. Hanh is energized by people who seek to make a positive difference for themselves and their organization through courageous actions and words, purposeful risk taking, and attention to the impact they make.
Hanh holds a BA and an MA in French Language and Literature from the University of Virginia, an MA in HR Development from Marymount University, and the following professional credentials:
