How to Marry Your What Ifs and Break Up with Toxic Narratives
When you've been pounding the pavement, getting rejected, or getting ghosted, you're in danger of perpetuating problematic beliefs about yourself that potentially result in the very outcomes you fear. Toxic narratives gain their foothold by attracting us with the illusion of control. Join Dr. Sherri, Clinical Psychologist turned Thought-ologist, as she introduces you to the most powerful life partner you will ever encounter, your "What If's."
Dr. Sherri will teach you how to partner with your "What-Ifs" to banish the toxic narratives that hold you back and leave you feeling defeated and to re-engage with life's opportunities accompanied by a fresh sense of confidence and control.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Sherri left the comforts of her rural-town clinical psychology practice to answer the risk-everything call from within to revolutionize how the world thinks about mental health.
