Prior to owning her own company, Sheila worked in project management and consulting roles for 15+ years at Quadel Consulting Corporation and Mendez England & Associates, both boutique consulting firms serving the federal government. She worked with numerous local, state, and federal government clients, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). She began her career as a volunteer social worker in Peru at the Center for the Working Child.
