Navigating Employment & Life Challenges in 2020

This year has been filled with uncertainty, loss, and changes that are hard to count. How are you taking care of yourself through it? What's in your control if you've been laid off? We'll explore and normalize the emotional experience of career changes during a pandemic and discuss self-care strategies to build a bank of resilience. Caitlin Magidson is both a therapist and career coach and will talk about the power of mindset, how to get free of thinking traps, and the most important steps to consider in moving forward in your job search.
