Monday Morning Speaker: Patricia DiVecchio

Formula for Success in This New Economy with author and business strategist

PATRICIA DiVECCHIO

In these radically changing times leaders need to dig deep inside themselves to surface what is needed to succeed. This ‘formula’, as I call it, is a natural to some but foreign to many. It can be learned.

Leaders you may know, in the Metro DC area, that have this formula engrained are Tom Adams, CEO of Rosetta Stone; Seth Goldman, CEO of Honest Tea; and our own Tony Marciante (Chef Tony) of Chef Tony’s of Bethesda.

ABOUT THE PRESENTATION:

In this session you will learn about the five attributes you need to be successful in this challenging economy. You will have the opportunity to see how you match up against the formula and identify strengths and areas for improvement.

You will work to uncover this winning roadmap that …

Ø  Utilizes your distinctive qualifications, skills, offerings and/or passions

Ø  Focuses on the needs behind employer’s core levels of interests

Ø  Frames & helps you reinvent your skills and work from an all-inclusive vision for the future

Ø  Adds your humanness & humor

Ø  Combines the 3C’s of confidence, courage and creativity

So, roll up your sleeves because you will be doing most of the work. Leave re-energized and excited about what you have discovered about yourself along with your own personalized GPS for success!
