Do you get nervous speaking in public? Does it prevent you from speaking with clients? Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new job seeker, public speaking skills will help you command attention and inspire your audience to action. In this interactive workshop, learn the most important techniques to speaking with confidence and authenticity: how to craft the right messages; how nonverbal communication tools can bring your words to life; and how breathing techniques can help you add confidence and authority to your voice. After this session, you will feel more confident and more prepared for your next speaking situation.

John Watkis joins Global Public Speaking with a solid background in speechwriting and stage performance.

John Watkis is an international speaker, speechwriter, author, and public speaking coach who helps leaders find their rhythm when they get up to speak. He has been in the speaking and coaching business for over 20 years. In addition to delivering keynote speeches and workshops in six countries and on three continents, he has written speeches for corporations, government officials, nonprofits, professional speakers, and hall of fame athletes.

He brings the perfect mix of inspiration, entertainment, and education to his presentations, and he delivers interactive experiences that move audiences to take positive actions after his sessions.
