This presentation will walk you through, backed by case studies and research, the history, definition, and steps to implementing Servant Leadership.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

  

Robert Jordan is an Operations Executive with a broad range of leadership experience in start up, mature growth, bankruptcy and integration/acquisition business environments.  He successfully navigated and excelled in these varied business scenarios by helping people to unlock their potential through a servant leadership style.


Robert recently concluded a career with Enterprise, Alamo, and National Rent A Car as the Vice President of Northeast Airport Operations.  He holds a graduate degree in Business and Administration from Harvard Extension School, and completed an Executive Leadership program at Olin Business School at Washington University.
