Featured Speaker Natasha Pierre

Whether it's based on appearance, years of experience, dates of education, or prior job titles, many experienced workers in the job market face direct and indirect forms of bias in their search.  To the extent that this bias affects their access to available opportunities, a job seeker's age and experience may be a new type of disability to overcome in the search process.

Join us for this thought-provoking session where we'll examine how age and experience are similar to other types of perceived limitations, and how to overcome these obstacles.
