Your accomplishments highlighted in stories leads to credibility and continuing conversations. It takes some work and preparation recall your achievements and to develop and refine the stories to vividly convey your contributions to successful results. To get prepared, catalog your accomplishments, create & polish your spotlight stories, and enrich your conversations. As Walter Brennan, playing the role of Will Sonnett, was fond of saying: “No Brag...Just Fact.”

Biography

About Jack Gates

Jack Gates is Vice President of Sales Lab Incorporated.

He was the President & CEO of a $22M organization and headed up his own consulting firm, but he
is really a operations guy at heart. With background in the broadcast & entertainment, health care
and non-profit industries, Jack has hands-on experience in ops, HR, finance, client development &
retention, executive management and board governance. Gates has a passion for helping individuals
and organizations get superior results, even in tough and uncertain times.

Current and recent projects include: merging a non-profit service organization into a service-based
NGO; conducting and interpreting membership surveys for two organizations; developed website for
Original Third Tuesdays Networking organization; customer service and improved financial results as a
contract GM for a country club.

Plan to join us after the meeting for networking.  Many of us carry our conversations to lunch at the nearby Brookings Institution.

Attire is business casual, recruiters are often present, so we ask all Monday Speaker attendees to contribute to the professional standards and objectives of this important networking meeting.

Doors open at 9:15 for networking and the program starts promptly at 10:00.
