Biography

Jo Golden, MS, PhD, specializes in education, communication, and moving through conflict around learning and change in a digital world. She refined her standpoint over the past 13 years, especially during her 4 years as an educator at Georgetown University. When working with adults from 18 to 80+ who want to be more successful in a digital world and make the most of the Web, Jo believes in starting wherever you are and establishing confidence, competence, and practical self-education strategies for the future.

As a Strategist and Web Content Wrangler at Chaos To Clarity LLC, Dr. Golden helps entrepreneurs, professionals, small businesses, and nonprofits create a compelling business brand story and message on the Web across websites, blogs, and social media. Preparing you to make informed decisions in the future is important to her as a strategist and an educator. Jo values clear communication and step-by-step project guidance when needed. Expect her to keep your brand story, goals, and best interests in mind throughout your project.
